These workshops will include:

Empowering people living with PBC with information about the condition, so they have knowledge and understanding needed to manage it.

Provide a space for a local PBC community meeting to take place, allowing connections to be made with others living with PBC.

Highlight the important of selfcare and provide a space and have taster sessions in strategies such as mindfulness, breathwork, visualisation etc.

We also want to learn about the unmet needs of people living with PBC in Australia.
