Rob Walton

Rob Walton is Founder and Principal of Covostra, a specialist international consultancy focused on putting humans at the heart of healthcare. With more than three decades of experience across life sciences, policy, and patient engagement, he has held senior management roles at Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, and UCB. Rob is Chair of the British Society of Gerontology’s Ageing, Business & Society Special Interest Group and previously served as a Trustee of Positively UK, one of the UK’s leading peer-to-peer support charities. His work is driven by a belief that better care begins with listening and building trust to meaningfully respond to the realities of people’s lives.

Mark Dailey

Mark Dailey is Managing Director at Dailey and Associates, a communications consultancy that advises on strategy, positioning and internal communications and delivers facilitation and moderation for events, as well as executive coaching and training. Mark began his career in the media and has been a news presenter and an award-winning reporter and producer, a senior communications strategist and speechwriter, a Head of Communications for four banks and a PR Director.  He holds a B.A in sociology, an M.A in journalism and an MBA and is the author of ‘A Leader’s Guide to Storytelling’ published in 2021. He is married with two children and lives in North London. He became a PBC Foundation trustee in 2025.

Ryan Macready

Ryan Macready is a Scottish corporate solicitor with deep experience in advising businesses and charities on mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate governance. He currently serves as a Trustee of the PBC Foundation, where he is committed to supporting individuals and families affected by Primary Biliary Cholangitis – helping to advance awareness, advocacy and patient resources.  Ryan works with companies, charities, and social enterprises across a range of sectors, drawing on his commercial insight and collaborative approach to deliver practical legal solutions.   Outside his professional life, he actively contributes to community causes and enjoys engaging with initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
